A good day all in all......
Not perfect, but good.
I didn't do a lunchtime walk....let myself get trapped in the office, but I did walk up every available set of stairs and escalators that my feet stumbled across, having (reluctantly) worn sensible shoes........
I did walk to and from the Metro and spent the early part of the evening preparing healthy food for tomorrow's lunch and dinner after bellydance.
Walked to bellydance (15 mins) and had a fantastic hour long class (learnt loads of new wiggly bits).
Dinner consisted of harissa, chicken and butterbean stew with spinach and courgettes. All told, today I have eaten about 1500 calories on the following:
Seed and nut bar
Dried apricots, raisins, goji berries for snacks
An orange
Shapers chicken and pasta salad
3 stuffed vine leaves
Chicken and butterbean stew.
So....achieved most of what I set out to do and feeling great.....have prepared a chicken, spinach and quiona salad for tomorrow's lunch and will be having food doctor free wheat free museli with goat's yogurt for breakfast. Plenty of summer fruits and goat's yogurt for a snack, along with more freswh fruit when hungry. Will be out of the house between around 7am and 8.30 pm so a baked potato with tuna and bean salad will have to do for dinner........I aim to stay focussed.
