A Weekend of Carbs and that Bloated Feeling

Well,

I did the luxury weekend......and ate the following:

Friday evening:

Potted shrimps, ciabatta and butter, breaded monkfish stuffed with king prawns

Saturday:

Breakfast:
Dried apricots, dried bananas, oranges, sultanas, lots of white toast and butter, waffles, bacon and maple syprup

Lunch: home made hummus and pitta breads (2)

Dinner: Eggs benedict, ciabatta and butter, organic lamb chops and herb mash

Sunday:

Breakfast

Fruit, 2 sausages, 2 hash browns, white toast and butter

Lunch (at a christening doo....no choice)

2 small meat pies

Dinner

Chinese takeaway: Crispy noodles with satay beef and a few chips stolen from husband

The outcome? 4.5 pounds heavier and bloated

I will return later to reflect on this.......
