Right, I am back from the grips of the dentist and with nice clean filled teeth.....one step closer to my goal of getting whiter teeth and I have arranged the next step too. During my lunch break I bought some co-enzyme CQ to help with my metablism and loads of macadamia, brazil and wallnuts, pinto bean Salsa as recommended by Paul and a million tins of chick peas. I also planted some chick peas in my sprouter (!) having read that you can grow these too in Gillian McKeith's book. I had onloy every grown mung and alfalfa sprouts, so there you go. Planning to try pumpkin seed sprouts too.

My goals need a bit of re-alignment in the light of my Gillian McKeith reading......I need to put in more fixed goals about having a 5 minute burst of bellydancing every hour at work, drinking lemon and water at breakfast and chewing food until liquified......

Possibly have a look at some of her food combining advice too.

So far.....I seem to have lost a few pounds and am feeling generally fresh and less bloated. I am happy to keep this up too. The food is delicious and today I have eaten:

Breakfast:
Food doctor museli, soya milk

Snack: nuts

Lunch: Small baked potato with chick pea stew

I feel really satisfied.....amazingly

Catch you later

xxxx

Just before bedtime.....and thinking things over......

Eating was very good today....perhaps I ate a few too many nuts between meals, and will limit them to 6 at a time from now. Still, had gluten free corn pasta with a sauce made from toms, garlic, chili, lean ham, courgettes, pesto and butter beans. Oh, and the portion of pasta was teeny.

I have started to take co-enzyme Q10 and bought a copy opf Bon Sante after reading a similar health magazine at the Dentist today and finding it really interesting

I am going to commit to re-aligning some of my goals tomorrow....especially the ones to do with diet and excercise to make them more realistic and specific (and no!!! not just easier.....I am not chickening out!!!).

I have realised quite a few goals today, though didn't really spend much time visualising this morning. I haven't excercised today. I need to think that one through. Why am I not making space for this? Perhaps I can answer tomorrow.

Good night

xxx

Hey Jo!!! you got a post from Dax! hehe... anyway, only thing i can say is you could do with some MEEEAAAAAT!!! animal protein is superb for fat loss as its more 'thermic' meaning the u can burn more calories eating and digesting protein than you do with carbs oh.. and protein is the master for satisfying hunger..

That is great news Paul because that is what I am missing.....my Gillian McKeith book which I have been using as ain interim is not so hot on meat protein, and I do like a weekly lean, organic steak from the butcher's

I have some lean bacon from a very good butcher's in the village and a couple of his own made sausages in the fridge....totally lean, pure and you never get a drop of fat out of them. I think I will have that for breakkie plus a few eggs. Going to sort my measurements and pics out for the start of my 90 day naked challenge this weekend. Also doing a Pilates beginner's w/shop with Emma tomorrow for 3 hours. Thanks so much for your advice- I really do appreciate it! The message from Dax was great!!! I was made up! Feeling good.
