Just a quickie as have to get ready for a family event.......
Yesterday saw me besieged by a virus by the end of the day. I left work for the 4.00pm, got a seat and planned to go straight to bed when I got home. I ate a packet of rice crackers when I got home.....136 cals, though processed. I felt a bit naff and had I had some nuts and seeds earlier could have pre-empted flagging energy levels
Good food day otherwise....no coffee/tea, 2 litres of water plus herbal tea, gluten free muesli, berries and goat yog for breakfast, nuts and dried fruit mid-morning, spinach, brown rice, chick pea and lean ham salad with pinto bean salsa (thanks Paul!! it is yummy!!) for lunch and chicken and potato balti with Soya flour flat breads for dinner ( I re-tried them but added an egg and shaped them into smaller patties.....not great but much better!!)
Off to bed early with a lemsip and started my day with a filling brunch to get me through the afternoon with family. Had usual muesli, dried fruit and nuts with goat's milk and then 2 lean butcher's sausages, lean bacon and scrambled eggs about an hour later. Have taken my spirulina (must find a better way of taking it than with water....gippy!!!!!) and about to pop my Co-enzyme and fish oil as I get in the shower.
Planning a king prawn and organic chicken affair for dinner and a handful of nuts and an apple sometime in the afternoon......
Have planned in time this weekend for re-alignment of goals, starting my 90 day naked challenge officially, a 3 hour Pilates workshop and my cleaning. 'Me' time will be this evening........though must remember how crappy I feel with this bloody bug!!
Otherwise, skin is great.
I am getting fantastic support from Paul Mort (my guru) and Dax Moy too.....so beneficial. Thanks guys.
Off to shower, exfoliate and pretty up for an afternoon of family stuff
